About the Role

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
